Our standard liability for loss or damage to a customer’s belongings is limited to $0.60 per pound per article, unless a higher value is agreed upon in writing. Customers may purchase additional transit insurance.
Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to file a written claim for damages. We will acknowledge your claim in writing within 20 days and offer a resolution (pay, deny, or settle) within 90 days. You have the right to request mediation through the TxDMV.
Every customer will receive a written proposal before loading. This proposal includes the maximum charge, payment methods, and the $0.60/lb liability limit.
A formal Moving Services Contract must be signed by both parties at the origin (before loading) and at the destination (after delivery).
